All Programs - Eligibility

A participant must generally:

✅ Be a Veteran who served in active military, naval, or air service
✅ Provide verification of Veteran status when available (DD-214 or VA verification)
✅ Be located in the service area (Texas or Louisiana program location)
✅ Participate in assessment and case management services
✅ Work toward identified personal goals related to housing, employment, wellness, or stability
