A New Chapter of Service
Transitioning from military service into civilian life can come with challenges that aren't always easy to see.
A Veteran may be searching for stable housing while also trying to find employment. Another may have a job but be struggling to make ends meet. Someone else may have a place to live but need additional support to address personal or emotional challenges.
These challenges are often connected.

Safe, stable housing can be the foundation for rebuilding.
Our housing-focused services are designed to help Veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability take steps toward a more secure future.
Workforce Development
Meaningful employment can provide more than income. It can provide independence, confidence, purpose, and a pathway toward long-term stability.
Through Operation Workforce, Veterans can receive career development and employment support, including assessment, career planning, job-readiness training, and connections to industry training and employment opportunities.
Wellness and Recovery
A successful transition also includes taking care of one's overall well-being.
Operation Wellness and Recovery provides trauma-informed behavioral health support designed to help Veterans address challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward improved wellness.
Case Management and Wraparound Support
Sometimes the biggest challenge is knowing where to start.
Our supportive approach helps Veterans identify their needs and connect with appropriate resources and services. By addressing multiple barriers together, we can help create a more complete pathway toward stability.
